Inspire for moms and babies

Babies are welcome in all classes and specific exercises and advice will be provided for babies too!

Due to an increase in demand for 1:1 and small group in-home sessions, Inspire is happy to provide this new service.  Why not let us come to you?

Group sessions can be semi-private or up to 4 people in home.  For groups of 4 or more, we can arrange for space rental within your community.  Perfect for your "moms group".

Ball and core

This fun and unique class involves a variety of exercises performed on a physio ball.  Other equipment used may include foam rollers, balance discs and matwork.  Ongoing advice will be provided for both moms and babies.  Babies will also be involved in the classes.

Suitable for all fitness levels.

Next session starts Tuesday, January 10 at 10:00 a.m.

Return to Sport (RTS) /Conditioning Class

Ready to step it up to the next level?  This class will focus on strength, cardio, balance and core to get you ready to return to sport.   TRX, weights,  balls and more will ensure you have lots of variety in your workout. Train your muscles to move in different directions and return to activity in a safe and progressive environment. This class is ideal from 6 months postpartum on and the class will incorporate fun activities for the little ones too.  Although more challenging options will be given in this class, modifications will always be provided.

5 and 10 week registration available

Pre-requisite for RTS/Conditioning class:  (one of the following)

a) To have completed Level 1 Ball and core class and if seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist to have clearance for increased weight-bearing activity.

b) Approx. 6 months postpartum and have been cleared by initial assessment to perform increased weight-bearing activity
