Inspire Physiotherapy provides preventative physical therapy intervention to reduce the risk of back injury, sprains and strains and urinary incontinence in women after having a baby.  The baby will be incorporated into the treatment plan and strategies to reduce the incidence of torticollis and positional plagiocephaly (baby flat head) will also be addressed.

Physiotherapy and fitness blends the knowledge and expertise of the health care professional with the motivation and lifestyle approach of the fitness professional.  Both practices incorporate a health and wellness concept to healthy, active living.
