FAQ’s

1- Do I need to have an assessment prior to attending a class?

Yes. As the role of a physiotherapist is to monitor the individual needs of each client, it is important that each person has been properly screened before attending a fitness class. What makes these classes unique is that individualized goals can be carried out within the group setting.

*There may be exceptions if you have already been assessed by a qualified women’s health physiotherapist. However, assessment is still recommended as individual fitness goals and testing may be included.

Assessments may be booked directly through Fafard Physiotherapy by e-mailing info@amfafard.com

2- How do I register for the classes?
Please e-mail info@inspirephysio.com with the class session and date that you would like to attend.

3- How do I pay for the classes?
Classes can be paid by etransfer to info@inspirephysio.com.  You may also pay by Visa, M/C  by phone or in person by cash or cheque. Please bring payment to your first class. Cheques can be made out to Inspire Physiotherapy Ltd.

4- Can I submit the classes through insurance?
Please check with your individual insurance provider.  A receipt will be issued at the end of the session (eg. after your 10 class session has been completed). This is to ensure that you have actually attended the classes that you are claiming for.
