Includes initial assessment and 10 class session. Re-assessment to be completed after baby is born.

Individual services
- Mom assessment & infant screen $125 (mom and baby will be billed separately)
(allow approximately 60 minutes for a one-to-one assessment, 40-45 minutes will be spent with mom and 20 minutes will be spent with baby)
- Mom assessment only $95 (45 minute one-to-one assessment)
- Treatment session $85 (one-to-one treatment session)
- Post fitness class re-assessment for mom $60 (30 minute one-to-one re-assessment)
There will be some limited availability of in-home treatment in central and west Calgary. Please enquire for further information. This service is subject to change based on availability.

5 classes $150 ($30/class)

Note for exercise classes:
Due to space and the availability of equipment such as balls and bikes, you will be required to register for a specific class time.
You will be eligible for one make-up class per 5 class sessions (eg. two make-up classes for 10 class sessions).
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Due to the limited availability for appointments, if no notice is given, the full amount of the assessment will be charged to your account. We understand that unexpected things can happen with babies. If you were unable to provide 24 hours notice for health reasons, we will allow for one rescheduled appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and request that you please provide as much notice as you are able so that others can be accommodated.
